But who doesn’t have a jar of chickpeas in the house? I always keep an escort! And in less than no say the aperitif is saved! So I bake the chickpeas and as they cook, I run to give me a touch up to the makeup!

Crispy Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 250 g Boiled chickpeas
- 1 spoon Evo oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped mixed herbs rosemary, sage, oregano
- a sprinkling of sweet Paprika
- a dusting Curcuma
- the tip of a teaspoon Salt up
- the tip of a teaspoon Ground pepper

Drain the chickpeas well from the soaking water, if necessary, dab them with kitchen paper and place them in a bowl.

Add the oil and mix well with a spoon.

Add the chopped aromatic herbs, paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper and mix well.

Spread in chickpeas on a baking tray lined with baking paper then cook at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let cool and serve!
Notes
You can flavor the chickpeas with the spices you prefer like curry, chilli, chives or garlic powder; I often divide them into small bowls and season them with different flavors!
